Sara Aksu is an experienced litigator with proficiency in various types of business disputes including matters involving employment law. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of employment law, representing clients in state and federal courts, before federal, state, and city agencies, and governing bodies. Sara also provides counsel to businesses, serving as outside general counsel for employment and commercial matters.
Sara has skillfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of disputes, encompassing claims for breach of contract, discrimination, business relationship termination, misappropriation and unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and shareholder disputes. Sara is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State Courts, as well as the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
