Josh Glatter has over 30 years of complex high-stakes business litigation experience, representing both management and employees in employment related matters. He has practiced in federal and state courts nationwide at both the trial and appellate court levels, and has also appeared before arbitration panels, regulatory agencies, and mediation sessions. Josh also conducts and supervises internal investigations.

In the Labor & Employment practice area, Josh’s work has included tenure disputes, disability discrimination claims, wage-and-hour class action matters, sexual harassment allegations, restrictive covenant and anti-competition disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, compensation disputes, and retaliation claims.

Based on Josh’s diverse experience, ranging from securities fraud lawsuits, civil counter-terrorism litigation, internal investigations, corporate governance battles, fiduciary disputes, and real estate litigation, he applies a holistic approach to any matter in order to devise and execute upon a customized strategy for a client.

Josh graduated from Binghamton University in 1991 with academic distinction. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994. Following graduation, Josh clerked for the Hon. Tina L. Brozman (deceased), former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before joining Book Law LLP, Josh practiced at several prominent law firms in New York City. Josh has co-authored two articles concerning ERISA fiduciary obligations for claims administrators, one of which was cited to the United States Supreme Court, and a former senior Presidential speechwriter published several online articles Josh authored concerning legal fraud risks, national security issues, and consumer fraud matters.
