Jared Nossen

Employment Associate

Jared Nossen focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He represents and advises employers on various employment-related matters, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Mr. Nossen provides day-to-day advice and counsel on numerous issues, such as employee handbooks, workplace investigations, and compliance with employment statutes.
 
Mr. Nossen earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as an editor of Hofstra’s Labor and Employment Law Journal. He has interned at the National Labor Relations Board and the United States Attorney’s Office.
 
Mr. Nossen is admitted to practice in New York.

We have substantial experience in Employment Law for a wide range of industries, both in litigation and non-litigation matters of all types. Additionally, we have significant experience in Mediation, Corporate Training, and Internal Corporate Investigations.
