Charlotte Pramer
Attorney
I am an employment attorney driven by a deep interest in the complex, human-centered issues that define the workplace. I am drawn to Employment Law for its ever-evolving nature—there is always something new to learn and a unique challenge to solve. I value the opportunity to build strong connections with clients and guide them through nuanced legal matters with clarity and care.
My passion for the field began during my undergraduate studies in Labor & Employment Relations and led me to pursue a law degree with the specific goal of becoming an employment lawyer. While earning my J.D. at Fordham University School of Law—where I graduated on the Dean’s List—I was an editor on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a founding member of the Fordham Labor and Employment Law Society. I learned from leading professors in the area of employment law who further inspired my commitment to the practice.
At Book Law, I advise clients across New York and New Jersey, helping them navigate the intricacies of Employment Law with a proactive, strategic approach. I also have a strong interest in legal education and regularly host webinars focused on compliance and best practices in the workplace.
I previously served as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and gained valuable experience as a summer associate at a business immigration firm.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing hot power yoga and taking long walks through the parks of NYC, Central Park and Carl Schurz Park being among my favorites. I am a college football enthusiast and love the New York Yankees.
