Growing up in a family of small business owners, I witnessed firsthand the dedication and challenges that go into building and running a successful business. This experience shaped my passion for employment law and strengthened my commitment to helping small businesses thrive.

I enjoy working closely with clients to navigate the often complex and constantly evolving landscape of employment law. Whether it’s advising on compliance, defending against claims, or developing proactive policies, my goal is to provide clear, practical guidance that allows business owners to focus on what they do best — running their business.

I am a seasoned litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, including employment and business matters. I have represented clients in employment disputes regarding wage and hour claims, harassment claims, racial discrimination claims, hostile work environment claims, and have further represented clients in commercial litigation disputes encompassing business relationship terminations, breach of contracts, shareholder agreements, and real estate affairs.

I received my initial legal training as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the NYC Law Department where I worked in a courtroom-heavy litigation practice. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing and watching soccer whenever I can. I also value spending quality time with my wife, our son, and our spirited French Bulldog. Whether we're exploring new parks, relaxing at home, or cheering on our favorite teams, family time is at the center of my life.
