Sara Aksu is an experienced litigator with proficiency in various types of business disputes including matters involving employment law. She graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A in Political Science and Economics and went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law, where she received her J.D.
She has skillfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of disputes, encompassing breach of contracts, employment matters, business relationship terminations, misappropriation cases, restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes.
Sara has effectively championed her clients in both state and federal courts, utilizing a pragmatic, business-focused approach to secure favorable resolutions at the earlier stages of litigation.
