Melanie Sarver is an experienced litigator representing both employers and employees. She has extensive experience counseling clients on federal, state and local employment laws. She drafts employee handbooks, negotiates and drafts employment and severance agreements, and helps clients create and implement a variety of essential employment policies.

Melanie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in classical studies and received her law degree from Cardozo School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Merit Scholar, and recipient of the Jacob Burns Medal. Melanie’s experience in employment law began at a preeminent management-side law firm, after which she gained experience representing employees in employment matters as well.

Melanie is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
